Fully into recruitment

Just like most of our time in the first months was spent in the office (developing strategies, working on contacts & preparing materials), currently most of our time is spent 'in the field' - booking lecture rooms, informing people, running whole induction process.

One of the most exciting parts of being in Expansion team is that you get the feeling of utmost importance of your every single step.
From working on national strategies to giving out flyers and chatting with applicants, all of this experience is just filled with the impact.

Its been the most exciting time for me in the last week. Now we have an opportunity to actually mingle with our applicants and talk, talk, talk. Through these conversations you learn so much more about the country, region and people's life here. You get to know amazing people and find devoted friends.

We started to have induction trainings, projects; CEEDers arrived; and a lot of other events happened in our ER side.
