Updates, updates or We love Ernie!
Dear all,
After the long time of silence we are making a post again. The time has been fleeing so fast! Already almost a month after the first National conference in Jordan.
To say it was rushing, running & working will be to say nothing. All the PBOX teams in their LCs started the hard work of coming together, setting up their team plans & deciding upon the responsibilities.
Everyone of us started to either desperately love or desperately hate Ernie the Mascot for all the pain of Insight XP tests that we had to undergo. But, proudly, we have almost 20 Insight XP Certified users with more to come soon!
We have selected Finance responsibles, IT responsible, Infrastructure responsibles & are soon going to have first LC meetings where we will share our results, achievements & plans for January.
MC has been going crazy with all the happenings around as we pass our 5 months in Jordan mark line.
Annika has been calling CEOs, setting up meetings & wearing business suits day to day. Meanwhile, giving hard times to all the Marketing teams by making them pass the business meeting simulations (which they managed to do really well!!!)
Monika was making sure AIESEC office in Jordan is registered & soon we will have the all-waited registration paper!!! Not to say all the communication with CSR PBOX & our lovely external partner Ms. Maali.
Oksana was successfully living on Hijazi bus, sharing her time between the coaching meetings at Irbid & meetings with members at Amman LC.
Asier has been managing hard job of the MC from the sunny Spain, deeply missing all the members of AIESEC Expansion to Jordan & his lovely flat in Jabal Amman.
We managed to run Second Team leaders training day, which no doubt was a lot of fun & full of useful information.
To not stop a line of 'second meetings', we also held the Second Supervisory Group meeting, where our external partners gave us valuable feedback & advice upon our activities. They also shared their experience from the first National Conference!!! Oh man, they loved it :)
And finally, some pictures to
Informal gathering of AIESEC members in Irbid
Leaving the conference in Aqaba...Preparing for the exciting work in projects & first results!!!
